Lemon verbena is one of the essential oils that have a lemony aroma. Its sweet, pleasantly citrusy and floral scent makes it an excellent ingredient for home cleaning products. Its uplifting aroma helps combat lethargy, depression and gloomy moods. It can also help in times of stress and anxiety, as well as relieving insomnia and anxiety.
